I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Psychology who has been practicing and studying Mindfulness for the past 25 years. I also have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and Mindfulness Based Meditation. Every therapeutic tool I use in our work together is something I use in my daily life so I can be at my best as a Father, Husband, Son, Brother, Friend, and Community Member.
